November 7: Daniel continued to show his form is returning by booking his place on the Tour next year after he finished in a tie for 11th at the Second Stage of the Qualifying School.

He finished the tournament on 12 under par following rounds of 69, 69, 67 and 71 at RTJ Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove in Alabama.

American Carter Jenkins took top spot on 18 under par having carded a 70, 70, 67 and a stunning 63.

Players who go through to Final Stage are guaranteed a Tour card for the following season, and the top 45 finishers (and ties) at Final Stage are assured a healthy number of starts in the first part of the 2017 Tour season.

The Final Stage will take place at Orange County National in Winter Garden, Florida, from December 8 to 11.

Daniel is back in Asia this week competing in the Resorts World Manila Masters at Manila Southwoods Golf and Country Club, from November 10 to 13.
